milky oil can be a sign of bad things, namely bad head or head gasket. Somehow water is getting into your oil and getting churned up with it. One of the side effects may be if your engine heats up and there is water in the oil it can turn to steam and the pressure can blow seals or other gaskets. Check your engine coolant to see if there are any signs of oil in the water.

I don't know what a b18 engine is, but I know when water mixes with oil you get a creamy milky oil. this can happen by condensation or a leaking head gasket or cracked head or block. Check you tail pipe and see if you see water coming out. carefully remove the radiator cap when cool and start the engine and watch the water flow in the radiator to see if you see air bubbles or oil in the water. In any case you should take this to a reputable service station or mechanic!
