The spurs are a quiet team. What is amazing is how all of the people who don't like the spurs, why? None of them ever (allegedly) raped someone, or (allegedly) got caught with drugs, or (allegedly) beat their wives.
The Spurs are at team that the city can be proud of. They win games, they are entertaining, and they do nothing of which a fan of theirs should be ashamed.
I would be proud to take my child to a Spurs game, or to have one of them have a Spurs player's poster in their room. Win or loose, they do it with dignity, without any bragging or throwing fits or bi*&^ing about practice.
I'll take boring any day over having to be ashamed of the fact that someone on the team I root for just got arrested for doing a drive by with the fifty guns and ten pounds of blow in his SUV.
