How can I have an email address like: blah@YOU.com?

Does anyone know where I can get an email address where the part after the apothrope (@) is whatever I want?

you need to register your own domain like, www.something.com, and then buy a webhost. they will then give you a number of emails with your hosting package. you can choose name@something.com for your mail. domains cost around 9$.
