Been there, done that. Got rid of my neighbors a few years ago. They were renting the house next door to me and they had band rehearsal in their living room every night between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m. My husband and I didn't sleep good for months. I called the police 18 times in a 6 month period. Finally, I filed a police report and they were evicted, and had to pay a $500 fine.

Call the police or go to the police station to make a report. Tell them when the party usually start and that you could smell pot from your side of the fence. They won't tell the neighbor that you were the one who called on them so you don't have to worry about that. It's been long enough and you guys have extended your courtesy. Since you're pretty sure that they're just renters, maybe you can request for the police to find the owner and notify him/her about what's going on.

Put up a fence and put doggy poo tucked under leaves on there side the smell will keep em from looking over the fence.IF not set up a Taliban training camp in your backyard then they'll move for sure.

Be even more noisy. Music on top volume all through the night, rev the car really loudly everytime you go out, shout don't speak, bang on the walls.

Your question just made me think of a recent dramatic fact which took place here in northern Italy.The news are still talking about it.I'm not telling you what has happened but I guess you understand it's something rather serious and I would say. . .quite extreme as an act!!
