The only thing that I could believe some feminists may find offensive are the scenes where Bill Murray keeps trying to win over Andy McDowell. Maybe they feel that a man using private info, or previously learned info in this case, is deceiving, and women shouldn't be deceived to be bedded.

I'm a woman & I didn't find Groundhog Day offensive. I thought it was really funny!

I don't really deal with that stuff; partly because nothing is viewed the same way by ALL members of a given group, and partly because those who do get all whiny about that stuff aren't worth people's time who have lives anyway.

I didn't see anything offensive in it but i'm a guy,maybe when phil was getting to know the girl he said he want to school with,then slept with her .next day,she didn't even know what happened.

i thought the movie was hilarious and didn't find any parts of it offensive. I think only hyper-sensitive women would find it offensive...and i hate those chicks ;)
