India and China are the up and coming economic powers. At this time they can no longer be considered third-world nations. However, demographics show that beteween 2020 and 2060 their large populations will be aging, and there will be a workforce deficit. At that point, they will have to open up imigration, or sink.

Though their economy is growing very fast but i don't think they will be developed till that time, Well there is a hope for that if present prime minister stays on his seat for that long which seems impossible in india. as its still a long way to go so my answer is No !!
