Haitham is an Arabic name and it means in the Arabic language the "lion". You can pronounce it just like you write it.
H as in "hat".
ai as the I in "bite".
th as in "three".
am as in "pam".
But I will tell you a secret the "th" in the slang Arabic pronounced "s" so it's going to be Haitham or Haisam.

My maiden title used to be a large lengthy Polish factor...with the entire skis and the whole thing...and no person ever bought it correct.
