Pokémon Mystery dungeon question?

Question

I was defeated in the Wish cave and now I've lost the Wish Stone Medicham gave me. Is there any way I can get another or do I not need it to recruit Jirachi?

Also, could anyone give me advice on how to get through the Wish Cave?

Wish cave is the hardiest and no real way to tell you how to get throw I haven't attempted it yet because I want all the possible Pokemon I can have to choose from!

There is nothing in the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Strategy Guide about gettting the stone once you have lost it after getting it once... Sorry for the bad news!

The wish cave is very hard. Get a joy ribbon and give it to your leader pokemon

here are some wonder mail codes to get a joy ribbon and a wish stone (I am not sure you need the wish stone to recruit jirachi, it will ask to join your team after you beat it. If you say no it will grant you a
wish from a selection of 5 choices, then you can come back any
time after and battle it to get another wish. If you say yes to recruit it it will not grant you a wish.)
