Do you want completely happy movies... or movies with [perhaps unrealistically] happy endings? Almost any Disney movie will fit the later category (particularly the Little Mermaid or Snow White or Sleeping Beauty). The former... completely happy movies have no conflict, and no conflict is boring to most people. So movies, and television shows, generally have at least some conflict (even if it's as simple as "Will the mail arrive today or not"). The same goes for books. You're more likely to have a completely happy poem or song. My favorite happy song is "Getting to Know You" from "The King & I":
Getting to know you,
Getting to know all about you.
Getting to like you,
Getting to hope you like me.
