It is my opinion that some people are just rude, regardless of nationality. Why are people so rude? My guess is that they are so unhappy with their life that they feel like some kind of superior being, which they are not, and maybe they never were taught any manners as a child. Racism=Ignorance=Rude.

Americans live in a world where everything is fast. The technology, the government (well, maybe not so much,) and the people. If foreigners come to the U.S., they r generally pushed aside because they don't keep up with the fast Americans. That's why foreigners r supposed 2 bring maps with them, so they know where they r going, and they won't have 2 ask a rude American for directions. Of course, u do run in with the occasional nice American. But, unfortunately, not 2 often.

foreigners have money, they paid a tickets fare and hotel charges to be in your city, makes natives jelous of thier ability to travel, and have an adventure, something which the native might never be able to do. although if the foreigner is female, then people are VERY courteous, more so if she doesent speak a word on english.

unfortunately it is ignorance and jealousy. Jealousy because our government treats foreigners much nicer, and gives more benefits to them. Mostly this rudeness occurs to Mexicans..(although I don't refer to them as foreigners)
I however would like to think I am not rude to foreigners, I love English and Irish accents and I think Asians are hot

There are people who were never taught to be respectful of people who are different from them. If someone does something differently from what they're used to, they automatically think that the other person is wrong.

Maybe because they can't understand them? Maybe the foreigners seem to be rude to them first? Just guesses.

Because they feel their personal space is invaded. They wouldn't want to have their jobs taken.
