That's a tough one. I've only just redicovered SP after a gap of 6 or 7 years. Got series 10 on dvd and some of them are excellent.
"The Return Of Chef" is superb where Chef goes on an adventure holiday and comes back brainwashed as a paedo.
"Miss Teacher Bangs A Boy" is another funny one as is "Make Love, Not Warcraft".
Have only got the previous 6 series to watch now.. ask me which is the best overall when I have seen them!

I like the very old-school ones; Cartman Gets an Anal Probe, An Elephant ****'s a pig, etc. I'm not sure which one I would classify as the very best though. I also agree with Drrrty girl, the Kyle's Mom's a b***h song is hilarious, and the episode that surrounds it!
