I don't understand your question. Brake drums and lug bolts or do you play a set of drums that has lugs to hold down the skin?

Confusing question--explain a little more.

Hello, It can be done on some vehicles. For instance, the 96 Honda Prelude has a 4 lug setup and the 97 Prelude uses a 5 lug. You can pull the hubs and braking system from a 97 and install it on the 96 with little trouble.
You would want to research similar models from your manufacturer to see if they use more lug nuts and if they may interchange with your vehicle. Best place to start is researching forums to see if its been done or visit a dealership and ask a technician.
Muscle car builders routinely change to more lugs and stronger studs to prevent the studs breakage during high horsepower launches. Not usually a factor in todays fwd cars.
