Why are republicans always chanting "No attacks since 9/11"?

I mean, it was one of the deadliest attacks on American soil and was followed by biological (anthrax) attacks on the Senate - ALL UNDER TOTAL REPUBLICAN GOVERNANCE - yet they act like that's something to be proud of??? I don't get it. It happened on their watch.

The reason why is because the likelihood of an attack on US soil is very rare and very low. The 9/11 attacks were very horrific...but here is a list of the last 50 or so years of terrorist attacks on US soil...not many....~~~~W

The Pan Am, TWA and Swissair planes were blown up on the ground in Jordan and Egypt.
1983 - On Nov. 7th, the Armed Resistance Unit, a militant leftist group, bombs the U.S. Capitol in response to the U.S. invasion of Grenada.
1993 - First World Trade Center bombing, February 26: 6 Killed, 1,000 injured
1998 - US embassy bombings: U.S. Kenya Embassy blown up, 214 killed (12 Americans); U.S. Tanzania Embassy blown up, 10 killed
2000 - USS Cole attacked, 17 U.S. Navy sailors killed
2001 - 9/11 attacks

Most are comparing the commencement of the war on terror and the lack of attacks since 9/11 against the 8 years of appeasement that preceeded 2001 where US interests were attacked 7 times.

You are a fool to believe that it took only a few months for those terrorists to plan 911. Trust me that most, if not all the planning for those attacks took place on CLINTON'S WATCH. The Dems are always so quick to blame which I believe they use as a shield for not having any viable plans of their own in the first place.

Had Clinton done his job with the terrorists ON HIS WATCH we wouldn't have had an attack on the Republicans watch! And we haven't had one since unlike when the demo's were in office cause Republicans know what to do to take care of the problem rather than bury our heads and pretend evil isn't out there!

Fact is, there have been no attacks on US soil since 9/11. Just a simple truth. Don't blow it all out of proportion.
