You should refer to a good doctor. If u have fast foods then pls stop having those. It may help u bit. Sleeping on stomache is also a bad habit and because of it many girls had problems one of them is having as same as yours. So pls. stop this also.

nothing wrong with ur breasts. its because of blood clot in the veins of ur breast. u hv to do some simple massage yourself. u will be alright.
