Good one, I bet it'll fool people. Canada is one of the largest countries in the world. That's like asking how cold the United States is in the winter. Florida isn't the same temperature as Wisconsin in the winter, is it?
Canada can be relatively mild in southern regions (some winters little snow at all and mostly above freezing) and extremely cold in the arctic. The coasts have more mild winters while the central areas have brutal winters.

as low as 31 degrees
there is no doubt about it, the conditions during winter in some parts of Canada can be very harsh at times. High windchills, heavy snowfall, blizzards, freezing rain and extremely cold temperatures all pose a hazard to those travelling or venturing outside.
Some parts of Canada don't get much snow and ice in winter but many Canadians battle tough weather conditions and slippery roads for almost six months each year. The ‘white stuff‘ generally starts to arrive in late October and can often stay around until March or later.

Vancouver would not get too extraordinarily chilly in the wintry climate, yet in my adventure, it does get very moist. Ottawa winters are truly chilly, yet what helps make it bareable (nicely, sorta) is that you do not have an excellent type of temperature differences. for the period of 24 hours, the temp would variety 5-8 tiers F at maximum. evaluate this to California the position the temp can variety 20 tiers F in a unmarried day. For some reason, that makes it sense less warm to me. Canadian winters are possible once you've the right outfits. and consider were given the perks of wintry climate gala's.
