touchdowns are worth 6 points then there is the chance for the extra point by kicking a good field goal...field goal when not after touch down 3pts.

To explain all the rules of football, just Google or Yahoo football or try Wikipedia. But, to answer your queston, a touchdown is worth 6 points and after scoring the TD a team has two options. It can kick a PAT (Point After Touchdown) and recive one point or it can trey an convert (meaning go on a one-play drive) and get 2 points.

Touchdown = 6 points
PAT (point after touchdown) (kick) = 1 point
Field goal (kick) = 3 points
Safety (get tackled in own endzone) = 2 points for other team

You bend over and hike me the ball and you run ...I'll throw you the ball and you catch it and then drive in in the end zone for a touch down.
Or I'll bend over and you hike me:)
