Search google for software that will do it all for you-

you can block certain keywords, specific sites etc etc.

net support does this along with cyber nanny and programs like that

Get an anti-virus internet program such as norton internet security which has an integrated parental controls settings

get Cybersitter. I've used it for years with several teenage boys in the family. You can configure it as you wish.
