Can you not get through the level? Hold on, I'll get my DS and do that level and tell you how to do it.....

WAIT! Do you mean World 2, Level 4, OR World 4?
I will do world 4. Ok so, there's really no way to get there. After you complete World 3, you go directly to World 5, because that's where I am right now. I think, to get there, you have to complete Worlds 5, 6, and 8, and then you go backwards to 7, and then you might go to 5 again, and then you go to 4. Look at the diagram on the level select screen and you'll understand what I mean.
