Depends on the size of the TV.
The general rule is - up to 37", get an lcd, above 37" get a plasma

has been particularly some debate into that's greater useful. And sevral tests have been performed. the only function greater useful which plasma is meant to have is assessment ratio, to illustrate 5000:a million, it is how deep the blacks might properly be and different colorings. yet now you will detect lcd television's with the two as sturdy if not greater useful assessment ratios. different reward of lcd are: not being plagued by utilising altitude. utilising much less capacity. Longer lifestyles 60000+ hours. No photograph burn in. and that i've got self assurance the sizes of lcd are plenty greater versatile. yet even with the undeniable fact that the veiwing perspective isn't regularly as sturdy and in spite of if it is a decrease priced lcd for the period of quickly shifting programmes the image could blur. wish it helped :D

As with all technology, it gets better and better all the time. LCD is having more advances that will soon leave plasma for dust, but make sure you don't get anything at the cheap end of the market

we've just bought a samsung lcd. we were told plasma tvs have a habit of faulting easily. check the mega pixels for the picture quality. ask advice from the sale person at the store.

Mason is right, if your tv is going to be 37" or less get a LCD. If more than 37" get a plasma.

They both have good quality but I would say a lcd tv.

I've just got a 32 LCD and its fab picture quality in awesome and sound is superb as well

I'd say plamsa, were learning that in science class LOL. And i don't think this has anything to do with soccer either if i'm not mistaken.
