Clinton, during mylifetime; people pick Kennedy or Reagan, but Reagan is a joke, he was a corrupt dictator who got lucky when Gorbachev did all the work on ending the Soviet Union. Dumbya is the funniest, though - hard to believe anyone can be so stupid.
