2003 dodge 3500 tranfer case ,will not engage?

Question

just put in a brand new tranfer case from dodge, hook up the two wire harness and air breathing hose , turn nob to 4x4 and blinks then goes to 2wheel drive light. work good when I had old one in.

so your selctor switch just blinks... might have a bad control unit.. have seen many of the GMC, selector switch go bad, and when the switch was replaced, computer had to be reset..call dodge and see ..might try disconnecting the battery and see if this will reset the computer.. your tranfer case might not have been the problem in the first place..
