My 10 year old cousin was searching around the internet looking what CHild pornography was because he told me he did not know and people were talking about it.will he go to jail?

Did he find any? If he hit a site it is a part of his computer's memory. His parents could be accused. Tell him next time he is curious about something like that to ask an adult. BTW, why haven't his parents installed parental controls to stop him snooping where he shouldn't? He could end up a victim himself!

No he wouldn't go to jail. They might come up with some sort of constructive punishment (very very light) and even that is HIGHLY unlikely. (When I say constructive punishment, I mean like an hour or two picking up trash on the side of a road.)

His parents should for not having a parental block on the computer! Tell his parents so they can protect him. No he won't go to jail.

no but whoever owns the computer will,they can trace you through your ip adress,and you would need a credit card for anything he wanted to look at,and he is to young to own a credit card,he will be probably put into care ,

No, he is a minor. Worst case he would get a warning and his parents would get told.
