1. Not Iraq recently
2. Not Somalia
3. Not Kosovo
4. Not Iraq in the Gulf War
5. Not Vietnam
6. Not in Korean War
7. Not Germany or Japan in WW2
I cannot think of any. BTW, having a head of state declare they want to attack us is an act of war.
It ought to be funny to see liberals squirm on this one
EDIT: Native Americans do not count because we were not a nation by then.

Actually, never. There has been a conflict or abuse that needed resolution before we became involved. I'm not so blinded as to think that we didn't gain from these interventions, of course we did. But I don't have a big problem with doing what is in ones best interest as long as we are not making forays into countries that are sitting quietly minding their own business. Which, by the way, has not been the case thus far. Someone is always killing someone else, taking their land or trying to ethnically cleanse someone else in the world so business will always be good. (And yes, the last bit was sarcasm)
And I don't believe one can make the stretch to include events pre-1940. They don't really fall under that umbrella, it just isn't that large. Got to draw the line somewhere for clarity sake.

Yes there is one Nation - 1862 The South was a peaceful Nation it wanted to split from Northern States and it was attacked - now I know many will say it was to preserve a Union and all the history B.S. The truth is the South drew a line in the sand and said this is our country and for that they were attacked.

We don't attack without provocation. We are not a first strike nation. Although, it depends on your point of view. Whoever we attack will say we attacked a peaceful nation as well as anyone who has a beef with us. I can't recall any recent conflicts where we attacked without some provocation. I don't doubt that in history, there have been occasions where the U.S. unjustly attacked some people (back during our Imperialist phase--turn of the 20th century and earlier) By Imperialist, I mean building colonies through conquest. Much like Britain did in the 19th century. Some say the Mexican War was contrived to facilitate a land grab (Texas). But there was definitely provocation in that one, too. In 1812, we very stupidly went to war with Great Britain. But, again, there were certain provocations that led to that. (Not to mention a certain lack of intelligence in our senior leadership)

While I would not charcterize Iraq as "a peaceful country", the treatment of the Indian nations, primarily in the 19th Century was despicable. Many of the Indian tribes were warlike (and none of them "lived in harmony with nature"), many others were peaceable peoples that suffered from the indiscriminate classification of them as savages by an expansionist US government.
Since then, however, your point is well taken.

i understand Israel is growing bored stiff with Iran (Persia) so as that they could carry out a bombing strike on Iran's suspected nuclear institution, If this happens it will be because us of a has been chuffed Iran is basically a probability to international peace and performance given the golf eco-friendly mild for any kind of strike.

What "peaceful nation"are you talking about?Iraq?LOL!
The same peaceful nation that invaded Kuwait, used chemical weapons on Iran and It's own people, threw out the U.N. weapons inspectors in violation of it's cease fire agreement after it's Kuwait invasion? The same country that regularly targeted and shot at allied aircraft enforcing the "No fly zone "part of that cease fire? The same Iraq that had 800,000+ people in mass graves, put there at the hand of Saddam ?
Gee..I don't know.Why would we do that?

We haven't had to attack peaceful nations because we wage an economic war with them.
If they don't do what WE want, we strangle their economy and starve their people. Read Noam Chomsky, and you will be blown away by what the U.S. has done to countries in the world and why. I can't believe our news doesn't cover these stories, but they don't want us to know. this goes back to the end of WW2.

Never. America isn't that low and cold hearted. But Japan is, remember Pearl Harbour?
America was trying to get Peace with Japan. Americans thought that Japan was going to agree to peace, due to the signs they gave us, but no. They attacked hawaii, killing over 2500 Americans 80 of them being civilians.
America is not cold hearted, but Japan an many other countries are.
America, NEVER attacks for the hell of it. If our nation is in danger we will attack. If another nation needs our help, we'll be there to help them.
