Before I share my view , Pritam, just think of the following scenario.

There is a Mumbai Bandh day after tomorrow. everything is going to be closed tomorrow. What do we do? We go and buy our immediate requirement of milk, bread, water vegetables. so far so good.

Then a strange mental aberration takes place in all of us! What If the Bandh continues for two days more? what if the supplies get delayed? we panic. Then what do we do? Instead of buying two milk sachets that you buy each day , this time you buy 6 sachets , JUST IN CASE. What happens? There is a shortage and those who cannot buy more cannot even buy one. what more the sellers exploit the situation and hike the price and artificial scarcity is started.

This is what is happening even after 50 years of independence. Greed , insecurity Selfishness and inbalance in resource allocation all are the results.

You take the lead in your community and DoNot fight but suggest a method. You will succeed.
