Hello, I'm having difficulties with my dial-up network. My phone stalled is working but when I'm making my Internet Connection there is no Dial-up. I can't add the phone, it say's "Error 711". What should I do? Do I bring it to the computer technician or to installed again the Windows xp program so that it will work again.

Frankly, I don't understand what you wrote. But I googled E711 and it says:
Error 711
1. Check the event log to see if that actually tells you what the problem is.
2. Reboot.
3. Uninstall and reinstall RAS.
Don't try to reinstall your Windows.

You will have to do a little troubleshooting, can you hear the computer dialing, look up error code and see what it is.

you do not have too reinstall Windows xp again to fix it..

Check the remote access and enable it.
