1. Si no te importa, te puedo preguntar cuánto pesas? (informal)
Si no le importa, le puedo preguntar cuánto pesa? (formal)
you can also say: si no es mucha molestia, (instead of si no le importa)
2. Gracias por tu tiempo. (informal)
Gracias por su tiempo. (formal)

"If you dont mind can i ask your weight " means "Si no te molestaria podria saber su peso"
"Thank you for ur time" means "Gracias por su tiempo"
