Above ground? Probably either the Andes, which extends almost the entire length of the West coast of the South American Continent, or maybe one of the ones in Antarctica (but that's mostly snow and ice, so I wonder if that counts).

If you include mountain ranges below sea level then the scale needs to be changed, because there are mountain ranges that extend almost the entire length of the Pacific, Indian and Atlantic Oceans several thousand fathoms below sea level.
