I once saw a loan shark posting on craigslist. you may want to try there. I know these guys exist but since they are illegal they will mostly only work with those whom they know. Another avenue is to ask coworkers, and friends. Especially if you know anyone who works in a low wage job since there is usually a loan shark on the job to help people get from check to check
