Read to her. Sing to her. Show her pictures. Get a few of those "smart toys" with simple geometric patterns, faces, and different textures. Her brain is developing unbelievably fast right now, and she will be absorbing everything. I started reading to my son from birth, and he is extremely intelligent-- reading at 6th grade level in 1st grade, 12th grade level by 4th grade, winning awards in academic competitions, etc.
That said, don't focus too much on the academics and not enough on the physical development. I realized a little late that we didn't focus enough on hand/eye coordination for my son. Being too far ahead in academics and even a little behind in physical coordination is not good for a kid. Academics may help them be more successful in their adult life, but first they have to get through childhood.

Relax and enjoy your baby. Right now every second of every day is a learning experience for her. Talk to her about what is going on around her. "I'm going to change your diaper now" or "let's put on your pink dress" or "I'm going to wipe your chin" or "look at the doggy!" The best way for her to learn language and learn about the world around her right now is for you to "narrate" things for her.
Sing to her. Touch her. Hold her. Tickle her. Give her a massage. Take her for a walk. Dance with her. Let her feel a soft blanket or a scratchy beard. Let a dog lick her hand or help her pet a cat gently. Every single thing a newborn experiences will help her learn because all of it is new to her!

Does she have a mobile? They are very stimulating.
You can lie her under a baby gym, or lie her on a blanket on the floor and dangle a toy where she can see and reach it.
Generally just talking to her the whole time is good for her IQ. Whatever you're doing talk about it explain why you're doing it etc.

My sister has a newborn and even though they are young there are some things you can do to "stimulate" them. My niece LOVES the Baby Einstein videos and books as well. She is 4 months old and her favorite books are the ones with animals and fur in the book - she likes to touch them.
Also, there are CD's with lullaby's on them you can get with your child's name incorporated into them. They add their names to the traditional lullaby's we all know..its really cool!

Singing and reading are the best - babies are never too young to hear your voices.
You might want to talk to her through all activities you go through together. She might not understand yet, but it'll entertain her.

baby's brains are like sponges. they absorb everything they see, and hear. try not to do too much baby talk as your baby gets older so that he can learn how to speak sooner. my little cousin loved for my uncle to talk to her and he would read her picture books and point at pictures as he did it. she learned to speak real fast and is pretty smart for a 2 year old now. good luck!
