I am usually the one that does the expelling. And I have a rule: if something ever comes out of your nose, you probably shouldn't have that ever again!
(I have usually had too much of it when it comes out -- case in point: strawberry margaritas! Who knew that double drinks meant double ALCOHOL??? I was 18 -- I didn't know!!! But come of my nose they did. And now? I can NEVER have another one. And I was SOOOOO glad that the water in the bathroom toilet was cold. Because it felt so good splashing on my face when the strawberries came BACK out of my nose....)
