Plan your time. Plan a study time and a time for TV. When TV time is finished you have to have the self discipline to turn it off and go to the books. No one can do it for you. The first step is deciding that you will change. Then you have to implement the change ... but do it right away ... now ... so leave Yahoo Answers and go to your technical books.

The first step to time management is to make an exact record of your existing schedule. Take one week to record how you spend your time, hour-by-hour (except for sleeping obviously). Be honest, you're only cheating yourself if you don't create a true record.
Once you have a map of your current schedule begin by locating a few hours when you think it might be easy to schedule study time. Learn when your best study hours are (morning, afternoon, evening) and when you feel your most productive study times are. Don't try and make a drastic change! Make changes slowly and allow yourself to get acclimated to the changes week by week.
Most importantly, keep track of your schedule so you can determine where you had the best results or the worst results. Don't get discouraged if you have failure on any given week. Take a time period such as, 3 months, and chart your progress it will give you a more realistic view. This habit will give you the time management skills you can utilize for your entire life, not just when you are in school. Good luck!

hay! Raj you are a good guy if you admit your mistake firstly. Now what are you suffering is actually matter of interest. remember how script writers of TV shows create their shows interesting? they stop the episode at the place where a question or curiosity left behind. Same way don’t stop studying when got exhausted but make it interesting.
You are the script writer of your own show called “life”. Create interest in it. Good luck!
