What do liberals and crooks have in common? They both want my money.
A crook will take my money at gunpoint. A liberal will take my money through taxes. Either way, I am missing my money!!!

Absolutely. The essence of liberalism is that, as another poster posited, capitalists who "do no work" but place their capital at risk in productive endeavors are theives exploiting the workers.
It is a lie.
Capitalism is the greatest engine for human prosperity ever conceived by the mind of Man and liberalism would undermine its function.

This is really funny. They have convinced Republicans that you only need to worry about Dems who want your taxes while this administration runs up the deficit, has made a mess of trade policy, foreign policy-refuses to even try to run government like a business(this war-would you run a business with no goals, no timeline, no idea what success looks like? While pouring money and lives into it?).
Dems didn't take your money-your own party is taking your money. I know they tell you that it's the liberals but you may need to read more than the "headlines".

Yes you have less money either way, but when you pay taxes, it goes to services. Think of it this way, if no one payed taxes, there'd be no police, so more crooks would take your money and you'd acutally have less than if you just payed taxes. Or, theres no fire dept. and your house catches on fire and you lose all your money. Or, theres no army so a foreign country comes in bombs all your assets, and you have no money.

Anyway, I'm a liberal, and I don't want your damn money. In fact, it is possible to be a liberal and NOT believe in taxing people into the ground. I hate paying taxes under the current structure, especially because I'm getting ready to buy a house, and I live in the city with the third highest property taxes in the nation.

I think its high time we revoked the Bush tax cuts and made the wealthy pay their fair share. Not not all conservatives are crooks either.
