As much as it hurt your friend. You did the right thing by telling her about the neighbor. She knows now that he is seeing other people, but it is going to be hard to let go of something/someone who fills a void. You have done your job. Just make sure you are no where around when the "ish" hits the fan.

This may sound harsh but you asked. Why do you think this is any of your buisness? It only concerns you if you stick your nose in. Let your neighbors live and learn. You probably need to clean your own house before you start cleaning someone elses.

If she's really in love with this guy: you can't, and she'll have to find out the hard way. She might even blame you for interfering, but if she's a true friend, it won't matter.
For now, keep out of it. Tell her your concerns, and let her draw her own conclusions. If she wants to keep seeing this guy, let her. Stock up on hankies, cause shel'll need them when she does realise you're right. Or you'll need them if he does leave his wife for your friend and you're invited to the wedding... :)

You said, "had an affair". Well did she have or is having? And why are they meeting at your place?
Your friend is just a booty call and she can either accept the fact or move on. AS FOR you, It's in your best interest to get out of the 'meeting place'.

I hate to say this, the best thing to do is to stay out of it completely. When the neighbor screws over your friend, you want to be there. Don't tell her what is going on, let her figure it out. You don't want to lose a friend over this.

Wait until your neighbour has another woman at her house and then invite your friend over to see for herself.

(yet when she is a good buddy, she will be able to appreciate) ought to i want someone to inform me if my fiance replaced into dishonest? i desire that i helped you out, and that i desire that each thing works out for you and your individuals:) i'm confident it is going to, each thing continuously does. you are able to also deliver that guy an nameless letter or msg on his telephone letting him recognize what is going on, yet make confident you've the data so as that he believes you previous all doubt. then no individual will recognize it replaced into you and the reality will finally come out!
