ok, ive taken sudafed and tylenol pm together for a sinus problem, this was directed by a pharmisist. Im also 6 weeks pregnant but the doctors said it was ok to take these meds. I took them 2 nights ago but ive been really drowsy since the and my head feels like one of those bobble head dolls.... ive rested really well the past 2 nights but i still feel drowsy. should i go to the emergency room? or just wait

neither of these poisons should be taken, and especially not if you are pregnant. If you have lung congestion, I have had very good results with a cool mist humidifier, to which I add a pint of hydrogen peroxide to a gallon of water. Then run the humidifier in the bedroom while I sleep. For nasal stuffiness, I have found nothing that works as well as sniffing weak salt water up my nose. Drink lots of water. You'll flush it out. I use to take the same thing for sinus headaches. Then I switched to using enzymes and acidophilus. The headaches are gone.

its just because of pregnancy you will get sleeping sickness for the first 3 months. u might feel drowsy in thefirst 3 months. its not because ofthe medicine.
