Exactomundo ...the unification of a large group of small members to bring down the Great Satan also known as America. This country is being attacked on many fronts and to deny that is to be immersed in an engulfing state of denial. Something many learned over the years is that the largest enemy won't be brought down by one battle externally, but by many small armies banding together.
Probably will end it all with a nice sleepover with his buddy Chavez.

The same thing every politician wants. Pictures sent back home to make him look all diplomatic and stuff.
As to what he talks about, probably oil and maybe he'll ask Chavez for some tips on how to subvert US led coup attempts.
