run a application like safe practices pastime manager to be sure what tactics are truly operating even as appropriate to the web, your antivirus and anti secret agent application gained't be detecting some thing it truly is taking on resources because it may well be talked about as a service or needed procedure fairly than a operating laptop or computer virus....also would nicely be that you've your antivirus set to demonstrate screen close by archives and folders for any differences and its scanning the archives once you open them and thats causing the decelerate....or could only be that you've alot of heritage classes runnig and then beginning the archives only promises yet another procedure to the record and the resources are getting used up.

It's a virus or spyware. An application is using your internet connection and maxing out your CPU.
