a good tip i was told a long time ago is to supplement every important word with "c**t". you can stop yourself saying that filthy word you will say the lines perfectly. "what light shines through yonder c**t" you know its wrong. another tip is before the performance is to go on stage before curtain call and stand there and scan the whole audience right in the eyes.

I recently took part in a Christmas variety show, where I had to be an elf, an old lady and take part in a hip hop dance. It was my first show and I thought I was going to be really nervous. When the lights shine on your face though, you can't see the audience and I just pretended that they weren't there and I was rehearsing. It reduces the pressure. Keep in mind as well that it's not the end of the world if you make a mistake. You will get over it!

Practice... and remember.. there are millions of people in China who could care less about your acting.. My sister in law is an actress.. She does movie parts, plays, commercials..owns a night club..but I've saw her get nervous at her parents anniversary and didn't want to speak.. Normally she is on stage 24/7.. Keep working at it..

okay well there are these natural flower extract liquids called 'bach' and they calm you down and release your nerves, i always take 6 drops of these on my tongue before my dance auditions or shows it really helps if your still feeling stresed out just take a few more but i assure you it works. i hope they sell them where you are, theyre just called 'rescue remedy: Bach' you can get it in pharmacies but dont worry its not a drug you dont need any prescription for it.

or u can pretend u r freezing and shiver or in a job intervue
just be the character u r acting cos ur not nevus wen u shopin so if ur character is pretend u actually r shopping
or u can not take my advise because im normally rong but can be very right and if u cant stop nerves get a more realistc carear in tesco or sumik -chips r still 49p btw

TRUST ME...this always works ... think of people in theire pants and knickers or imagine there is no1 in the room . The best way is to say to yourself if don't speek out loud my best friend will murder my pet dog or something bad will happen.

Concentrate on your scene partners, and really LISTEN to what's being said. That'll help you get the attention off the little voices in your own head.

u just have ur comfort zone. Just thing of it like ur by urself just in ur room or something that makes u comfortable. When u act try doing it in front of people u don't know that well then d it in front of the people that ur suppose to do it in front of.
