Here's my opinion, if your school hasn't told you what you should wear to the dance, I recommend that you wear a cute shirt with a jean skirt because if you wear a dress and it turns out that everyone else is wearing jeans and skirts, then you'll look like a fool. If you wear jeans and everyone else is wearing a dress, then you look like fool. But if you wear a jean skirt, it will be a mix of the jeans and the dressy style of a dress.

well i personally would wear a dress you might get a guy to look at you! well if you wore jeans that would be casual and you would probably be the only one so trust me,wear a dress you will fit in and maybe get a guy to dance with you

Hell no. 1st off, you're in the sixth grade- this suggests you're at leastttt 12. second, do you no longer see that this dress is by using VS and the female donning it? except you're an excellent skinny 20-year-old form, no. third, i will kinda comprehend the finished grinding-at-a-college-dance element, reason for some reason the more youthful you're the sluttier youthful little ones favor to seem, yet stripping? What the hell?

If you're not sure it's always better to dress up than to dress down. You can ask around to see what other people are going to wear, but remember people can change their mind.

How about a happy medium?
Just wear some nice dress pants (like a black pinstripe, or solid gray) and a really cute shirt.
That way you won't look too overdone, but still look really good.

depends how dressy it is supposed to be. or wear nice jeans with a nice top and shoes just in case.
or ask and see what everyone else is wearing. that way you have a better idea of what to wear!

If you don't know if it's formal or casual wear a cute skirt, not denim, and a colorful top. That can be formal or informal and is always cute!
