No!
Where are you from the prehistoric days?
They use to say for ears that are pierced;
Left is right and right is wrong!
Now guys have a lot more then just one ear pierced.
And piercing, wearing clothes, certain colors, hair styles and all that other superficial stuff means nothing about deciding whether or not someone is gay or straight!
Sexuality does not predetermine what you wear or pierce or anything like that!

The first men to get their ears pierced were gay men, and to have the left ear pierced meant that you preferred a dominant sexual role and to get the right ear pierced meant that you preferred a submissive sexual role. As straight men started getting their ears pierced, getting a left ear pierced meant that you were straight and getting the right ear pierced meant that you were gay. Nowadays, it doesn't matter which ear is pierced as to whether someone is gay or straight; it is only a personal preference.

It used to mean if his right ear is pierced he was gay, the left ear meant macho but today I think it just means his ears are pierced.

Ugh i am so sick of that obviously if a guy was gay he wouldn't get his ear pierced to prove it I don't believe it it's just a matter of telling the people what ear you want pierced not your sexuality...

I think you mean the right, but I haven't kept up with my subscription to the Randy - Macho Man - Savage book series on gay jewelry, clothing, color schemes, gestures, etc.
It means he got his left ear pierced.
If I get my nose pierced, is there a "meaning" for that?
gawd.....

Not sure if it still counts today, but, not too long ago if you had just your right ear pierced you were gay, I still think it holds today too. Not sure what it means when they are both pierced-I think it is a little girly though.

Back in the 70's that was significant.Today people pierce everything.I don't think that holds up anymore which ear is right or wrong.
