There is some evidence that psychopaths change their behavior somewhat as they get older. There is also the belief that when psychopaths are treated and appear to change what actually happens is that they learn better ways to manipulate the system. So far, nothing seems to have worked in terms of really treating psychopaths, but certainly their scores on ratings and testing can change because they are usually intelligent people who learn quickly, and they are often smart enough to know the "right" answers.

People can fake their results. There is a difference between changes in test results and actual changes in the persons cognition and behavior.
