Does He Have A Cough Or Cold? That Might Be The Problem.

- Go To Sleep Before He Does.
- Sleep Somewhere Else Around The House.
- Earplugs
- Stifle The Noise By Turning Him Over.

Try the breathe rite nasal strips for a temporary fix. After that see what a doctor says, he might have sleep apnea. My bro had it and needed minor surgery to fix it. A sleep study revealed that he woke up over 600 times and stopped breathing each time. If he had continued on this pattern, he would have likely deprived his brain and heart of lots of oxygen and would have lead to more damage then anyone would have anticipated. Don't mean to scare you, but now that you see the severity of the situation I hope you get a professional's opinion just to be safe.

Get over it. Snoring is perfectly natural, and despite all the myth that surrounds the subject...almost as many women snore as men. It is also common to many species in the animal world.

Moaning about snoring is a bit like moaning about clouds.

First, take him to a doctor and get checked out for sleep apnea. Otherwise, you may find him dead in the bed and would you be embarassed when the doctor determines that was the case. It is treatable but you might want a separate room to sleep in. If he doesn't have sleep apnea then, again, insist on separate sleeping quarters or separate homes. One really radical solution might help is to get yourself some $1 ear stoppers to insert when you are ready to sleep. You seem to really dislike the fellow why don't you consider moving on? Wives have been known to poison or kill their husbands over this problem. Is it so bad you would murder your own husband or will you insist on a med check first?

I think those "breathing strips" in the pharmacies and grocery stores help with snoring. You can wake him if he's snoring--at least that will stop him for a few minutes. Most people snore if they're sleeping on their backs--change his position if you can.

Good luck.

Neither! Have him purchase the nose strips that are on the market. They do work & it's worth having your husband try them if it allows you to get a good night's sleep. There is a surgery that is done on snorers, but you need to talk to your doctor about that.

HAHAHAHA!!!! At first I though I was going to yell at you and call you a harlot.........Maybe he has sleep apnea or if he is a tad over weight that might make him snore. They make products to open the air way. Try that first.. If that doesnt work try the Dr.
