Slouchy boots are hot. Stiletto boots. Boots with fur touches (not too much) are really nice for the winter, and practical.
Flats are still really big.
Slip Ons too (vans and dravens, etc.)
A great leather pump, or stiletto...basically just any great heel with good detail or class is in. Just stay away from plastic anything in heels.
A good look is to match up a bright or exotic heel with a layed back jeans and nice shirt, or a business ensemble with a bold heel.

I have noticed that the old fashion open toe high heal shoes are all coming back again.They say that past fashion starts to recycle itself. The pointy boots are hot too. I think boots in general are a hot item.
