Having problems with the property managers. Don't want to do repairs and charging me for repairs that were never done. They say they have a head office but I am not entitled to know that address or phone no, Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated

Call your local trustees office in the county that you live in, they can usually provide that info to you..

Property ownership should be a matter of public record. You will need to know the legal description the property, and for a fee, you should be able to find out the owner(s) name(s) at the deeds office at the municipal center. Also, review your lease/deed. Usually, condos have a maintenance agreement in them. If you don't understand the exact wording, seek legal advice.

You don't mention if it's North York, Scarboroough , Etobicoke or wherever, but anyway, your Superintendent has to supply that information to you.
If that fails, contact your local MPP office. You will get an answer from them a hell of alot quicker than trying to get help at City Hall.
If it's a very valid complaint, your local MPP well also help you deal with them. Mine did, Raymond Cho in Scarborough Rouge River. Good luck!

check your rental agreement, there should be the companies name on the rental agreement or check in the office if they have one in the highrise.
if that fails check city hall they could / should tell you who owns the highrise
