I'm having problems with the firewall,this is my first computer and I don't know how to fix it! please help me

well if ure using a software firewall.. which is probably the case.....
try uninstalling the firewall with interenet turned off
and again installing it...

What type of problems are you having? Is it asking to let a program access the internet?? Need more information.
