Absolutely!!!. I am a professional chef. Major foodbourne illness outbreaks can be traced to poor hygienic practices. I can't risk one customer becoming sick. The idea makes me sick. If I caught someone who did not wash I would wash their hands and explain the seriousness of their action. We could all be out of a job. Luckily I only have to explain it once. You could eat off my kitchen floor. That is why I can maintain the 3 second rule.
