when i push the button it dosnt come out

Sometimes there is a little pinhole that you need to stick a needle into that will eject it or something. Perhaps open a program on the computer (if you have the software) that is like the CD player and see if there is an eject command on that. If all else fails, just replace it with a new one. :P

Simple, get a paper clip staighten it out and push it in the small hole located in front on the bottom or middle left side of your drive.
Make sure you have run a virus check also. If this keeps happening it might be time to retire it to the CD Graveyard. Mine went out after 5 years but went and bought another one. Sony puts out a 18x DVD with RAM for $43. Nearly half of what the store wants. Look in pricegrabber.com. Some good deals there.
