Many poems, lines have different English translations, best to also look at the lines in Spanish. Not so much as just to see how well they "flow", smoothly, etc.

Think he has the "hots" for this girl and she is such as well so does the sun, whatever:

XIX
Girl Lithe and Tawny

Girl lithe and tawny, the sun that forms
the fruits, that plumps the grains, that curls seaweeds
filled your body with joy, and your luminous eyes
and your mouth that has the smile of the water.

A black yearning sun is braided into the strands
of your black mane, when you stretch your arms.
You play with the sun as with a little brook
and it leaves two dark pools in your eyes.

"drunkenness of wave" - indicates how waves are unpredictable and therefore like a drunk man, swaggering here and there with no definite direction.

"black yearning sun" - it means that the sun is the source of light and since it is, blackness to it would be unnatural, and so it would yearn or wish for the brightness that it got used to,

"Frenzied youth bee" - a bee is always buzzing and on the move.. like a young person in a frenzy, always in a hurry for things to happen.
