The deal is, my Dad spilled meat blood in the car, and it already is dry and he thinks it has already absorbed into the matting under the carpet in the back seat of the car. And it makes it smell terrible! It smells soo rottin and like fish really bad. He has already cleaned like 3 times, but there is still smell. Any ideas to get rid of the smell?

You're gonna have to get the rug patched, I guess.

Steam clean the area. This will eliminate the smell of the meat. If that is not practical, try oxyclean on the area.

The steam cleaning is about the only sure fire way to get it out, and that may take 2 or 3 applications to work. Good luck

I don't know where you live but if your in the West or mid West try Yucca root also called Soapweed. Pig farmers have been known to use this to stop the bad smells of pig farming. If your interested I can tell you how to prepare the root for cleaning your carpet.

heres what you do, you only favor to pour a variety of of bleach on the carpet, and then pour on some ammonia (windex works 2). then you honestly favor to get down on the floor and use a straw to blow on each and each of the blood which includes your breath. the co2 out of your breath will blended with the blood and the cleaners that's going to protect all of your issues for you. if its effervescent, you probably did it excellent!
