From what i've read and heard, there is an agenda to turn the usa into a third world country to make us equally poor along with the rest of the world in an attempt to ease us in to the New World Order. Our wonderful politicians are going along with this through bribery or blackmail, ect. That's why they are ignoring the voice of the people. And they have the laws on the books to munipulate elections to go their way. In Texas, our governor got 're elected' when over 60% of the people voted against him.
Isn't that crazy that with all of the 'Homeland Security' talk, that they leave our borders wide open?

because they have taken the word...."Washington" out of D.C.

----------------
Washington had been reelected unanimously in 1792. His decision not to seek a third term established a tradition that is now embedded in the 22d Amendment of the Constitution. In his Farewell Address of Sept. 17, 1796, he drew on the results of his varied experience, offering a guide for both present and future. He urged his compatriots to cherish the Union, support the public credit, be alert to the "insidious wiles of foreign influence," respect the Constitution and the nation's laws, abide by the results of elections, and eschew political parties of a sectional cast. Asserting that the United States and Europe had different interests, he declared that it "is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world," trusting to temporary alliances for emergencies. He also warned against indulging in either habitual favoritism or habitual hostility toward particular nations, lest such attitudes should provoke or involve the country in needless wars.

and when the word "Washington" is put back.....you will than see the word "politician" deleted from the dictionary.

Because they only care about themselves.

I don't think they should be able to accept gifts.

That is the stupidist thing, to let them accept gifts, so thats what they do, they take the best gift and create laws according to who gave the best gift.

and they won't pass a law making it illegal for themselves to take gifts. That should tell you something

the police (who enforce the law) can't take a gift, so why should congress (who makes the law) be able to accept a gift.
