Why do Nintendo DS Lite Hits Japan? I think PSP is better??

I am not sure what you are asking. But the DS is cheaper and the games for the DS are cheaper. The PSP can do more but I think Sony is doing a good job of making less desirable by restricting a lot of its abilities.
